From Cardiff, Wales | 30th September 2022 – Wales Interactive, acclaimed for its FMV games and narrative-driven media, are proud to announce the Interactive Writers Workshop hosted by Richard Pring, Executive Producer/Co-Founder, Wales Interactive and Samuel Leigh, Game Producer, Wales Interactive.

Explore the power of Wales Interactives in-house narrative tool and take your writing to the next level. With over 26 released titles including The Complex & Five Dates which have had over 5 million downloads, 100 million views and 130 award nominations, we at Wales Interactive will take you step by step on how to build successful interactive stories.
We are proud to present the opportunity to develop and upskill new and established writers. On this journey with us, you will learn to push the boundaries of interactive storytelling and successful applicants will learn how to take an idea and make it pitch perfect.

Learn the dos and don’ts of branching narratives
Upgrade and refine your writing skill-set.
Be the first to explore Wales Interactive's innovative narrative tool.
Ongoing support for the duration of the process.
We want to hear from all kinds of writers - professional screenwriters, novelists, educators - anyone who wants to master the world of interactive storytelling or discover different genres that you may not have otherwise thought about.
The full process will be conducted over approximately 12 months.

How to apply.
Candidates must submit their application electronically via email and applications must be sent to wiw@walesinteractive.com by the closing date.
Candidates are requested to send their applications in English.
Only complete applications sent within the deadline will be taken into consideration and we will not reply to any emails sent to this address. Only applications will be considered.
Wales Interactive reserve the right to the final decision.
Only applicants that are successful will be notified and information of the unsuccessful applicants will be deleted. At this stage of the process feedback will not be provided.
